I had a rented my residential flat to a family last year in May 2009. We are in agreement to renew the lease, which expires in March 2009 after 11 months. But, the tenant is insisting on getting a new lease done on his wife's name and he being a Gurantor. What could be the implication of lease done with a house wife?
