I have rented one room to a tenant @ 11 yrs back.We had very good releationship. We need the same now as my brother has shifted to home town. When asked to vacate the tenant, he filed false police complaint against me. I am going to file an eviction case, but want to know following.
1) How much time generally it takes to resolve the case ?
2) Are results generally favors landlords ?
3) Can i claim expenses incurred for the case ,from tenant ?
