a residental properties is a paagdi systeam and my grand father expire in 1998 and rent receipt was in name my grand father aftar that my father expire 2009 my grand mother was expire on 2012 but rent receipt is steel in name of my grand father lanload has nt change the name up till now and our building hasbeen should and a part of this my untty that means to dauter of my grand father has been married and thay want haq on this property so pls help me out for this prombleam

You need to send a notice to the landlord for the change of name in the rent receipt.. Do it as soon as it is possible .
