Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I was residing in shop. I have shop and establishment license.In Mumbai can we reside in commercial shop? What is the rule when if we have shop and establishment license. at present I am not esiding in shop. Can landlord evict us?

the rule is that residential premises is not to be used for commercial purposes without permission: there is no vice versa rule
