I shifted to a flat in electronic city, banglore, a month back, but due to some security reasons[ as I found the door of main door open at 12:30 in night), I feared, nd vacated the flat before month end. I and the house owner never had any contract signed, and no verbal communication of notice server or month rent was done. I transferred the month rent to him, but he is threatening me in various ways and pushing me to pay him rent of 1 more month, else he will do anything.
Kindly suggest me on this that I am legally correct or wrong, and what action I can take on him.
