i had given a shop on rent for rs. 750/- per month and now after 15 years they are not ready to increase shop rent as in our area the rent is now rs. 1500 per month can i increase by law??

You may consult a lawyer to approach the court of Rent Controller of your area for fixation of "fair rent" of the property.
