Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
sir mam im living in a flat for the last 40 yrs my flat is in my companys name my landlord is harassing me to vacate the flat im paying rent on time and i have all the rent recipts till date with me can i be forced to leave my flat please help me

First of all remember that it is not your flat as you there as a tenant. If the landlord/owner needs the flat then you have no choice but to vacate . Even if you battle it out in court eventually you'll loose and would be asked to vacate.
