we stay in a building who has a landlord,my father expired in 1995,mother lives with me,I have two sisters,this room is on my fathers name,if my mother wants to transfer
the room in my name,whats the procedure,can my mother do a will.can the name be transfered if my sisters has no objections.is there transfer fees within family members.
