Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

We are staying in Mumbai for the last 70 years as tenants. The problem is that the rent receipt is not in our name although the amount is paid by us in cash but we have other evidences like ration card, electricity bills, telephone bills, etc to proove that we are the one's who are residing. Can the owner remove us claiming that we are not the tenants.

u have to prove relationship of tenant and landlord
