i am a sub-tenant since the past 50 years and have occupied the same place from the last 50 years.
The tenant filed a case against me to kick me out on the grounds that he did not have any source of income and wanted the shop back.i won the case and now the shop is going for redevelopment.
After redevelopment will become the tenant and can i sell my shop?? or i have to get it transfered before the redevelopment??

get the shop transferred in your name by submitting copy of the court order to the landlord and get your shop tyransferred in your name before redevelopment
