Tenant from past 37 year

we r as tenant 37 yr we dont have any receipt, how could we fight legally. we have extended our house 5 ft ahead can the bmc demolish an occupied house.(Mumbai)

If you deposit rent in bank then bank receipt,electricity bills,ration card,rent adreement if any.In case of need contact with details.Professional charges are applicable.

illegal things may or may not be demolished ...... we can not say anything about this.

technicalities sometime evade even the wrongdoers so try to find out any such technicality.

start paying by money order or cheque so that you can show the rent payment.
