a tenant is been staying in our property since 55 yrs. father is died 6 yrs back & his 2 unmarried daughter not ready to vacate, as they have no other option to stay. no agreement is made. can we ask them to vacate the house as owner now?

Ask them to vacate as per the Tenancy Act.
