How to vacate the house after agreement expires in karnataka?
we have rented our house in mysore(karnataka) for 3500 Rs per month and advance of 10000 Rs.Rent agreement expired on july 2009.From august they have not given rent ,electicitry and water bill.They have to give 9000 in total.So we have only 1000 rs left in advance.We have given the warnings to leave the house from past one month.But they are not leaving.
Please given the suggestion how to vacate them????
