Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am vacating my apartment in Mumbai where I have been living for 3 years. Who is reposnsible for repainting the house - the landlord ot the tenant? There is nothing mentioned in the agreement. Please advise. Kritika, Mumbai.
