Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

I was an empeneled advocate of Union Bank of India,for Ranchi District of Jharkhand since 1973 till 2003 , render my legal service efficiently & sincearlly, accordingly sumitted bill for my professional fees, but due to personal reasons , some of the officcer are refusing to pay my gnuine rightful & lawful proffessional fees.
I am 64 years of aged person , & to save TIME & EXPENDITURE , I dont want to file any case in the Court.
Please help me to recover my genuine professional fees.
Please note ,the fees was charged two .way ( 1st on the verbal committment of The then Zonal Manager,Mr. Chabaria of Zonal Officce ,Kolkata & 2nd stage as per the schedule of charges of the Bank ,since the date of issue.)

here you need to seek the services of a lawyer who would file a suit for recovery against the bank.
