liability

A law student takes a wrong legal action based on the discussion/ advice given in the classroom. what is the liability of the teacher? thanks

Criminal liability cannot be shifted toward others. Guilty person himself is liable for punishment unless he proves provocation which may mitigate punishment but cannot absolve from charge.

The teacher may have no liability. A person is responsible for his acts independent of the advice received by him from his teacher/parents/friends or even lawyers.
