Propetty dispute

my uncle is not mentally fit, his portion of property has been sold by his another nephew by luring him. who inturn sold it to another one. my uncle did not get any money.who can i held.i can procure uncles mentall certificate.they took him to the registrar and got the property registered to third party.

in case you can produce the certificate, seek a declaration from court for cancellation of sale deed etc executed by your uncle under insanity.
