Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

Sir myself of 54 yrs working Giving half of salary to wife.,
and one son is staying with her
who feeds negative thoughts to her she is more than money minded to anybody., creating nuisance always and son of 20 yrs made my life hell Every now and the wife asks for Sepration. And I believe at this age she will not be comfortable. But my tolerance limit is crossed. If i get seprated will I have to pay half of my Income to her or not.

No, you will not be required to pay her half of your salary. You will need to pay a reasonable amount as decided by court.
