Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

I transferred funds from my a/c to wife's a/c a sum of Rs.95000/-,

submitting intra bank transfer with clear challan filled both in numbers and words.

However the executive made a transfer of only 9500/- leading to a cheque bounce in my wife's a/c due to insufficient funds.

Updated the passbooks to realize the amt transferred, upon enquiry with the bank the executive who referred the reciepts for that day admitted the mistake made by her.

I have some queries request your advice

1. I have been mentally distrubed by the person who i issued the cheque

2. I had to draw the same amt from my a/c and pay him by means of cash

3. My wife's a/c has 100Rs as cheque bounced charges (the executive has promised to reverse the same)

4. To the person i issued the cheque has incurred the bounced charges ( how to handle)

5. Does my wife's or to the person whom i issued the cheque will have any impact on there credit rating

6. Can a legal action be taken to recover the damages

My cheque bounced saying insufficient funds
