Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in India

I Need Your Help !

Dear Sir/Madam Date 12 September 2004

My advocate who is senior and Notary for greater Mumbai, submitted Writ Petition in Bombay High Court. Later on High Court

“Disposed Off” the said Writ Petition.

Before filing the Writ Petition I have explained full story to the advocate, he confirmed it.

Then, Writ Petition was submitted to the High Court.

Advocate absolutely failed to counsel also failed to perform lawful services.

I have paid his all legal charges in advance, and he refused to issue official receipt

I would like to take legal action against such advocate.

Kindly provide Name/address of the concern authority, where I can approach and lodge a

complaint/case.

You can file a complaint with Bar - at High Court Annexe - 2nd floor Mumbai. Normally if your contentions are correct they would listen adn reprimand the concerned lawyer.
