Iam from Narwana,Distt Jind Haryana. I want to know that how can i get share from my father properityMy father have Three Houses & Two Plots amount to Rs.20 lacs.I have three married sister & one yonger married brother.My brother stay with parents with his family.My father is a retired Govt. Officer from E.O.Cum Secretary Market Committiee Haryana .his age is about 620 years.I am living with my wife & children at other place on rent rs. 2000/-.I am doing PVt job on Rs.10000/- monthly .my age is 40 years. I want my shares & i does not want any relation with my parents,sister & brothers. Please guide me.

you are not entitled to any share in self acquired property of your father till your father is alive.
