hi, i have invest money by cheque on one of my relatives property, can i claim the property

No. Since you have paid by cheque, you can seek for recovery of money and the property purchased by him can be got attached by the court until the amount is repaid and if he fails to repay, you can have the property sold through the court and if you are interested, you can participate with permission of the court.
