Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in India
1.any provision for punish a medical practitioner on his failure or not cure a patient(promised to cure) after getting huge fees
2.can police take action( 420 IPC )against a doctor on his failure or not cure a patient(promised to cure) after getting huge fees
3. Any favorable order is available for doctors in above details?

You can approach the Consumer forum for best redressal of your grivience against the doctor. You can also file criminal complaint before the police or the court.
