Re: Use of Schedule-h drugs psychiatric

Assuming that what you have written is factual, the punishment will be as follows:

1. For the psychiatrist--

A. Cancellation by the Medical Council of the license to practice.

B--Criminal complaint to police

C-- Consumer complaint claiming compensation from the psychiatrist.

For the step parents--

criminal complaint against them.

SUGGESTION-- START WITH THE COMPLAINT TO MEDICAL COUNCIL.

Re: Use of Schedule-h drugs psychiatric

the step parents and psychiatrist may be book for a criminal conspiracy of causing grievous hurt to the step son for the purpose of cheating upon him. but this case would be really tricky as strong evidence has to be led that the boy was administered these drugs intentionally with a wrongful motive.
