sir,i had done the job in indian army as a rect.but i have found colour blind on trg after remedical and discharge from army without disability pension.Now i putup my case in highcourt but there are late my hearing,please tell me, what i will do now.

It is rule 173 of disability pension rules that is applicable to this case.
It is clear from the above question that whether the disability is attributable or aggravated by military service perforce to be determined in accordance with rules in appendix and rules 2 to 4 and 7(b) of appendix are very relevant in this regard.
