Legal Question in Military Law in India
sir,
i m from army,but i had on training in garh rif regt centre, before training i m fit by eye specialist at mh dehradun.after two month i had re-madical. there were found cat 'EEE' and discharged from army service without medical benifit. now this time my case is in Army Tribunal lucknow.
sir,
plz tell me something about my case that i m win or lose. wht is the tribunal process and army current medical rule and regulations. plz discribe this case.
