A 48 years old man just come with a trolly and got crashed with my bike. he need insurance amount. but i dont have isurance in my bike at that time.now i got case from court. he asked me 2 Lakhs 24000 Indian Rupees. but he got injured only his hand. what will do? how much amount court will ask to pay him?

in the absence of insurance, the liability falls on to you. once he files a case under Motor Vehicles Act, you may defend the same by retaining a lawyer.
