Legal Question in Personal Injury in India
I'm accused under IPC 304(A) of causing a death of a person in a motor vehicle accident. I have filed the petition for Pre bargain in Delhi Court. I want to know that what is the maximum punishment under this section when the other party has got the compensation by me via court.
