death claims- compare english and india awards

How English Law would calculate a death claim in motor accidents if the age of the deceased is 24 years, was a student and the immediate dependent is 48 years. If possible compare it with the Indian Law?

There is no fixed compensation under the English or Indian Law system. There are several factors which helps the system to decide the compensation.

the biggest factor is how u conduct ur case. then comes the law where there are some considerations to compute the compensation. its not fixed and depends on case to case. all laws are approx same

Under law of torts, whether english or indian there is never a fixed formula for calculation of compensation, However, there are many factors taken into consideration like, Age of Victim at the time of Death, Income, Future Prospects, Dependents Age, Loss of Love care and affection, etc. Upon all this factors compensation is determined.

In your case, the age that u mentioned, maximum amount of compensation can be expected.

However after persuing the facts and circumstances of case, I can give approximate amount of compensation that can be claimed.
