Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

One of the employee of a finance company has seized and sold the vehicle of the customer with out the notice of the company.

Customer is having the Seizing letter with seal of the company.

what precautions should we take to get back the vehicle from the third party if the vehicle was traced and if it was not traced how far the company and the hirer is responsible for any unforeseen incidents happen to the vehicle.

How far is the company responsible and the responsibility of the hirer. Hirer has not notified the thing to the company even he was informed that the vehicle was not surrendered to the company after it was seized

If you do not wish to get back the vehicle, write a letter to the RTO, Insurance Co and the Finance Co that if any unfortunate incidence happens to the vehicle, you should not be held responsible as you are the principal owner of the vehicle.
