Hello, I was falsely implicated in a defamation case and after 10 years of running it the petitioner withdraw it. Can I file civil damage suite. How much damage can be claimed?

You can file suit for damages.
Quantum depends on so many factors. Better be guided by your lawyer preparing suit.
