Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

loan amount repayment-defaulting
a person got personal loan without any guarantor or witness, without any connection with officials. kept due for may'07,june'07 and july'07. gave letter of assurance to toe head office that payment will be made and closed entire loan within 10th of august 07. or 3 emi before 5th of august. they said ok and told that letter should be forwarded to bank officer and talked. But the collection agent giving frequent calls to mobile and sms torturing that he can come to the office with legal officer to meet the high officials. without domestic and official connection only they paid loan without any security.
please advise what i can do at this juncture.

dont be suppressed infact bounce back at them and file criminal harassment as well as civil injunction case against them.

You may go for injunction case and can pray for stay against to alleged illegal activities of bank employees.
