Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

Hello sir, one of my relative filled accident case in bangalore court and judgement was ordered on 08-12-2010 with compensation of Rs :1.60 lacs and it as to be paid with in 30 days from the date of judgement but the amount is not yet reached to client and Der advocate is telling court is still not issued any compensation. and advocate obtained client signature on blank vouture 2-3 times.
sir kindly guide us wat to do in this case ?
Wat is vouture in court of law ?
some people r telling our advocate cheated us and already he taken compensation amount.
pls guide us ...
