Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

3 brothers partners in business have 6 self acquired properties in their joint names.

Now they want to have two properties each against the above six in joint names.

If they by way of a relaese deed give up their rights in rest of the properties but for 2, will they be subject to any stamp duty in DELHI
