Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

(1) If the petitioner is passed away during the pendency for succession certificate to her unmarried and issueless sister, who died intestate,his LRs have right to sue.

(2) If sisters have reliqueshed her right in favour of her brother in the court and he has passed away during the pendency for succession certificate to her unmarried and issueless sister, who died intestate. Whether the right reliqueshed by sisters in favour of her brother will be extingushed by his death being personal right or will be passed to his LRs.

(3) Whether employed as well as married sisters have right to self earned property of her unmarried and issueless sister, who died intestate, if the brother is survival.

I am a Senior Citizen and defending this case my self. Requested to help me

as early as possible.
