Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have got an ancestral plot which three of my siblings (including me) has got share in it . Two of them had given their share to me but one of my sibling is still in dispute regarding her piece of share. I am planning to build home in the plot and I want to know if she can take legal action against it or ask for land in the middle of the property.

May be.

No specific share is given on askance. Court will decide manner of partition on evidence adduced by the parties.
