Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Right to ancestral property

My grandfather (Mother Father died leaving behind the house and land, which was transferred to my Grandmothers name. She too died without any will. Now her 5 sons incl the wife of one dead son wants to ell the property. 4 Brother (my Uncles want the share also to be given to my Mother (7th and only femalel in the family). There is difference of opinion amongst the brothers (my Uncles). Does my Mother have any legal right over the partition of the land and the proceedings of sale of such a land and house after her marriage ?

Is it legal if my Mother claims right ver the sale of this property.

The property is in Karnataka and my Mother is in Maharashtra
