Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Have booked flat where the construction have been stopped past 4 months. The initial reason from the builder was the due to mangroves issue there has been stay from ERZ, but now they are stating that they have recd the clearance from the Govt. officials but the work is not commnecing due to court stay as they have built up 4 & 6 floor before getiing the CC.
We we want to know the actual fact as to why the construction is stopped & verriyfy from the Govt body whom & how can we go ahead.

You can approach concerned authorities for the copies. The information and copies of relevant plans, orders etc. are public documents and can be obtained by any person.
