Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I bought a property in Faridabad in 2008. It was in built up by Uppal Group. Now they have changed the name from Uppal to Umang (A JV between Uppal and Umang Realstate). My only purpose of purchasing that property was to have a property from a reputed builder. Now is there anything I can do as I am not at all interested in this property. Also, will there be any more issues in future as all the Documents were in the name of Uppal and not Umang.

you cannot avoid the sale transaction only on the ground that there is a JV between Uppal and Umang. the consumer courts may not come to your rescue on this point.
