My builder is trying to hand over the society before O.C certificate. when we questioned about the O.C & other pending works of buildings,he got aggressive & started crawling with us..He said now from Month Aug as he was handovering the soceity & we reject to take before O.C ,he said he will not pay bills of Electricity ,water & securities.Now we all member are in very much Trauma about how to deal with it.Please suggest the way out asap

send him legal notice

or u can approach court to stop him to handover the society

For my knowledge sake , what is "started CRAWLING with us" ? You are left with no option but approach the court.
