I am looking to buy a property near Chennai (Thiruninravur). Its CMDA approved plot but its is mentioned as "SCHOOL" in the Layout. Is that advisable to buy that for Residential purpose? Kindly Suggest me the best legal decision for my investment.

A reserved plot can be used only for the purposes it is reserved.
