Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am a second buyer.of mira rd flatI never knew i had lost the original agreement between the builder and the 1st buyer, I only realized after stmp duty & regn was done. Bank is not ready to disburse the loan amt. what do i do ?

Approach some bank which does not insist on previous original agreement.
