buying a flat in airoli
I am planning to buy a flat in ghansoli.The construction is work is complete.i asked the builder about the Water and electricity connection and he said they will approching for OC with one week.So should i wait till the OC is issued to the apartment.Or else what document should be checked so that we can be sure that the OC can will be received easily.

Check whether construction is legal and proper. If yes, the OC will be issued by Corporation.

You can appoint an Architect duly qualified and registered with Corporation for the purpose and take a certificate from him.

You may wait for time being on completion of the project engage a local lawyer.

It may be better to wait for the contractor to obtain OC before you complete the transaction.
