Cancellation of flat booking

Dear Sir,

I booked one flat in Pune a year back, also gave advance of 1 Lak

Due to some family problem (medical emergencies), I decided to cancel the booking of the flat,

I haven’t made any agreement with builder,

I have question that shall I get 100% of the amount I paid to book after cancelation of flat?

If not then how much I will expect?

There is any law related to this situation?

There must be a clause of cancellation in your agreement or the broucher provided by the builder. you have to act accordingly.
