Can I claim an equal share of my father's property since my father is prepared to give his entire property only to my brother (Only brother) and not me.
What is the procedure?

if it is your father's self acquired property, he can give it to anyone or bequeath it any person not even related to him by blood. but if it is the joint property, the you, your brother and your father, all of you have an equal share in the property and you may go for a suit for partition/mesne profits/stay.
