Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my collegue is charged with 403 and 406.please suggest how to file the bail.and possible remedy as he has just been trapped without actually being guilty.please suggest me a good measure every1 in the family is tensed and dnt knw wht to do.waitng 4 ur reply

The accused is entitled to file an application for bail before the concerned court. It may be better to pursue your legal remedy through a local lawyer.

you need to mention all the facts in details that how the charge of criminal misappropriation and breach of trust is made out. to my mind, only one of these offences 403 or 406 would stand. do elaborate your query.
