if a company buys a property, while paying a stamp duty purchaser name should be co. or it should be represented by any director/authorised person compalsarily..?

purchaser name should be that of 'company'

Company name is sufficient in the stamp paper but even if the name of the director/authorized person is given alongwith the company name then it will also be good.
