contradictory advices
On surffing ur data base(knowledge base) of lawgurg.Com i have come across diametrically self-contradictory advices been given on the applicability of the provisions of benami act 1988.In one reply u say that the act is not applicable on transations done before 1988 & on other hand to the same question u say that the act is applicable on transations done before 1988. My query is that is to what is the real position if the is applicable or not on transations done before 1988which in fact is the year of passing of the act?
