If in the AGM it is passed that the parking space is alloted only to the member having car on his name.
If the car is on other name then to such menber the parking space is not alloated.
In such cases if to a member the car is alloated by his employer and if the society says they will not allow the car parking with in the premisis. Weather it is correct or still leaglly member is allowed to park the car in the society premisis.

Allotment by Society of a Car Parking Space to a member includes such member parking his vehicle held by him in the name of company where he works.

The basic purpose of such a resolution is to prevent members misusing their car park areas by giving the same for parking of others vehicle.

In case of any disagreement on this proposition, you can seek an opinion of lawyer or direction of DDR.

The member should submit the car allotment papers to the society claiming that the car belongs to him and he should be allowed parking.
