what are damages for breach of contract in an Agreement to Sell and how are they calculated? Do the number of years before which it was executed are also calculated ?

That the court will grant you monetary relief that will restore you economic position which is expected from the performance of the agremeent. If it is not possible than court will try to restore your economic condition at the time of signing contract. In relation to particular party only.
